Vinyasa yoga is a faster paced, strength building practice where poses are connected together in a sequence using what is called a vinyasa (a short series of poses incorporating a tri-cep pushup) to transition. In this introduction class, we will begin to connect short sequences of poses with an emphasis on alignment, breath, and how to execute a “vinyasa” safely and in a way that is best for your body.
